SFCE was formed in the winter of 2008 by a group of some individual professionals in the Varanasi City. What began as an informal gathering to discuss issues regarding SFCE progressively evolved into a circle of friendship. Within this circle, we shared our hopes and dreams for SFCE and the desire to make a difference and touch the lives of those who are living in India. In forming SFCE, we sought to aggregate our talents, energy and dedication to contribute to the building of a more prosperous India
